Bring the kids and swing by whenever it suits your morning. We’ll have free popsicles and snacks, plus a free back to school packet for every family: sheet pan dinner recipes and other school-year sanity savers, delivered in a fridge magnet clip so it actually stays where you need it.

We’re co-hosting with our friends at The Laundry Room, a local wash and fold pickup and delivery service… and new Laundry Room customers get a $25 gift card just for saying hello.

No signup, nothing to buy, nothing to sit through. This is simply our thank-you to the clients, friends, and neighbors who make what we do possible.

Harrisonburg Market Snapshot — August 2026

Where our local market stands this month.

Our market just posted its strongest start in four years… 821 homes sold through July across Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, about 10% ahead of last year’s pace. But here’s the twist: prices aren’t chasing the activity. The median sits near $345K, essentially flat over the past year, and inventory remains tight at about 186 active listings (down from 248 a year ago). Mortgage rates are back in the mid-6s.
