September 2015 Market Report Highlights:
-The market has cooled down a little in September. This can be attributed to a few factors. Sales were uncharacteristically strong in September of last year. In other words, sales are down 13% when comparing September of 2015 to September 2014 but they are up 14% when comparing September 2015 to September 2013.-The median sales price is down 1% when comparing September of 2014 to September of 2015.
- The median sales price is down 1% when comparing September of 2014 to September of 2015.
- The median days on the market is down 18% when comparing September of 2014 to September of 2015.
- The year to date sales are up 6% when comparing sales through September of 2014 and 2015.
- The year to date median sales price is 6% higher when comparing sales through September of 2014 and 2015.
