At the end of the 2nd quarter, Broadway saw 49 sales. During the third quarter, sales jumped to 83 for the year. Should sales continue to be strong during the 4th quarter, 2016 will likely pass the 2015 in volume of sales. This will be the 4th consecutive year of sales growth in Broadway.
Not only is the volume of sales continuing to rise, the median and average sales prices are rising as well. The median sales price for the first three quarters of 2016 is is up 7% when compared to 2015.
